CHITRAGATHA
(Short Film)
Create compelling short films that tell unique stories and showcase your filmmaking talents.
Rules & Regulations:
- Group Activity: This is a group activity
- Theme: Given on the spot
- Duration: Max 10 minutes
- Equipment: Participants have to bring their own equipment (camera, stand, etc.)
- Editing: Participants have to do their own editing
- Judgment Criteria: Adherence to the theme, script, and narration
- Reporting: Participants should to report on the first day only
- Language: Any language, but with English subtitles
- Basis of Evaluation: Best Direction, Best Character, Best Film & Cinematography
- Submission: The short films had to be strictly submitted on a pen drive only on the second day of the fest, i.e., on 11th of March
- Additional Instructions: Announced on the spot
- Judgment: The judge's decision is final
- Team Size: Instead of 5 member exact team members are allowed to participate prizes will be awarded to the winning team of 5 members only (extra persons will not get any prize)

Showcase your artistic skills by creating beautiful sketches that capture the essence of the given theme.
Themes:
- Theme 1 – Human VS Machine
- Theme 2 – Time Travel - Emphasizing life in Past,Present and future
Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of ethics and conduct.
- By participating in the Pencil-Only Sketch Art Event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Rules & Regulations:
- Time limit is 1hr 30 mins for each sketch art.
- Participants will not be allowed to participate once the event starts. So, they are requested to assemble at the venue 15 mins in prior.
- The event is open to artists of all levels who create artwork exclusively using pencils.
- Participants are responsible for the arrangement of materials required.
- Artwork must be created using only pencils, no other coloring mediums are allowed.
- The artists are allowed to use loose sketch sheet and graphite pencils only.
- Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, skill in pencil technique, adherence to the theme, and overall artistic merit.
- The decision of the judges is final.

Rules:
- The student should be studying in UG/PG in the Academic Year 2024-25
- Category: Spray Painting, Oil Painting & Canvas Painting
- All artwork must be original; no entries will be accepted or considered if they are plagiarized
- Only one entry per student
- The duration of the competition shall be 2 hour. No extra time shall be given on any grounds.
- The participants will need to BRING THEIR A3 SIZE SHEET OF PAPER (297 mm x 420 mm), drawing and painting material, and rough cloth for cleaning, etc
- Colour should not be thrown on the floor or side wall while executing the work or after the competition is over.
- Evaluation will be based on the theme, quality, difficulty of work, artistic value, and overall
- The event is open to artists of all levels who create artwork exclusively using pencils
